1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Grace Estate Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”).

1.2 By engaging our services, you (“the client”) agree to these terms.

 

2. Our Services

2.1 We act as a property coordination service. This includes sourcing, organising, and managing third-party contractors (such as clearance firms, cleaners, waste disposal, estate agents, solicitors, and maintenance providers).

2.2 We do not carry out the clearance, cleaning, or legal work ourselves. Contractors are independent businesses. We take reasonable care in selecting and coordinating them but cannot be held liable for their actions.

 

3. Estimates and Quotes

3.1 All quotes are provided in writing.

3.2 Quotes remain valid for 30 days.

3.3 Any variations or additional works requested by the client will incur additional charges.

 

4. Payment Terms

4.1 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.

4.2 The balance is due within 7 days of completion of the services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 Payments must be made by bank transfer to our nominated business account.

4.4 Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily.

 

5. Cancellation & Refunds

5.1 If you cancel after paying the deposit, the deposit is non-refundable.

5.2 If contractors have been booked and you cancel with less than 7 days’ notice, you may be liable for their cancellation charges.

 

6. Liability

6.1 We carry public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance.

6.2 Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the services.

6.3 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

 

7. Access to Property

7.1 You must ensure we or our contractors have suitable access to the property at agreed times.

7.2 You must provide accurate information about the property, contents, and any hazards.

 

8. Confidentiality

8.1 We treat all client information and circumstances with strict confidentiality.

 

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
